Copperhead OS blocked by missing Google Nexus blobs

Support for the Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P is on hold until Google feels like providing official blobs. Not wasting more time hacking around it.

@cipheranthem Support for any new devices is on hold. The Nexus 5X is the next device on the roadmap. It's blocked on Google at the moment.

The @googlenexus vendor blobs were never published for the Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P. There's no official way to build AOSP for those devices.

The public code for updating the Nexus 5X bootloader is broken. It needs missing edify script functions (lge_bullhead_{update,restore}_gpt).
