UEFI-Tool (not UEFITool)

There’s another new UEFI tool project on Github called “UEFI-tool”, not to be confused with UEFITool. This “UEFI-tool” contains a few tools, in a “UEFI-Tools” (plural) directory,

Documentation are source comments.
