Troll: ARM Cortex-M source-level debugger

The troll is a C-language source-level debugger for ARM Cortex-M systems, accessed with the excellent blackmagic hardware debug probe, and a customized variant of the blackmagic – the vx/blackstrike (or blackstrike for short).
