UEFI doc suggestion for Debian

Eddy Jansson suggested an improvement to the Debian installer documentation regarding UEFI systems, GRUB, and the ESP.

I’m not sure if the right Debian writers are reading Twitter. In the off chance that any are reading this blog, here it is. 🙂
