CHIPSEC adds blacklist database of UEFI modules

CHIPSEC 1.2.4 was recently released:

One new feature is a blacklist database of bad UEFI modules, and a new CHIPSEC security module to test for them, see the modules/tools/uefi/blacklist.py source for more details.
